Arden was born on 16 August on the 16th of August, 1985, in Amarillo Texas. She is an American performer, model and renowned TV actress. She went to Apple Valley Secondary School to pursue her studies. She was exceptionally talented in dance, music as well as martial art. Her master's in psychology was completed in the University of Illinois. Arden went on the 2 month trip for humanitarian purposes to Kenya in 2007, just following her graduation.
